How to Get an Arrest Record Expunged in Weld County

The Colorado Clean Slate Act now offers automatic sealing if no charges are filed against the individual. For records created after 2022, the court will automatically seal an arrest if no charges are filed within a year, regardless of the offense. Notably, this also applies to older cases; however, they may follow timelines that vary by offense (usually 18 months to 3 years).
